Hi my name is Amanda Colvan although everyone knows me by my maiden name, Amanda Armour.

Whilst dealing with my clientele, I can initially decide my client's style just by looking at the profile of their face. This has allowed me over the years to change my clients' styles through the varying changes.

I have been in the Hair and Beauty business for more than 20 years with my Salons being in the North of Glasgow. My training has been with Toni and Guy and to date still attending training courses which are held throughout the year not only in Scotland but also in London.

I am a qualified Hair Extentionist by Great Lengths Company since 2002 and am now fully trained in the new Weaving technique by Lush Lengths. The hair is 100% virgin hair and is all protein bonds to ensure exact quality and colour of the client's hair. They last from 9 – 12 months if all advice is adhered to.

Also fully qualified by Goldwell Colouring and attend various training courses and seminars in regard to the changes in the Colour market.

One of my specialties is as a Wedding Specialist which also includes Asian clientele. Included in this service can be home visits.
